As a change expert, Hannes brings innovative ideas to drive value, revenue, and profitable growth in private, public sector, and service organizations. Over the past 30 years, he has been involved in productivity improvement, strategy, and change interventions in more than 500 companies, focusing on the development and implementation of company strategies, business model design and implementation, business re-engineering, and management planning and control systems. Hannes has also dedicated 15 years to new business development projects, emphasizing the development of entrepreneurs' management competency and leadership skills.
